This family friendly, 2-bedroom, first floor condo is located in a gated community located on the West End of Mexico Beach that truly does take you away from the chaos of everyday life and allows you to feel like you are the only ones vacationing at the beach. The location is tranquil and peaceful, and nothing is more relaxing than the sparkling, zero-entry pool and hot tub within the community, which sits on the bank of the canal and neighboring cottage-style houses. As if that’s not enough to satisfy your urge to disconnect, the pristine white sand beaches and crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk away.

Mexico Beach truly lives up to its name. Seven miles of pristine sugar-soft sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are among the finest in the United States. Sheltered by the long arm of the St. Joseph Peninsula, Mexico Beach is known as "the surf with no undertow". The whole family can swim, wade, snorkel, find that special seashell, or just let the white sand squeak underfoot. When you are in Mexico Beach, you are always within walking distance of the beach. Fish from our community pier or surf cast the emerald green shoreline. Try an offshore charter fishing trip and let one of our local Captains whisk you to prime fishing spots just minutes from shore on one of the many MBARA reef systems.

For the fisherman looking to explore the deep gulf waters by boat, the Mexico Beach boat launch and parking are only half a mile away. A friendly reminder, however, is that trailer parking at the complex is not allowed.

- No boat or jet ski trailers allowed in parking lot; boat day docking is available at Waterside Village, with boat parking and ramps located 1/2 mile away at Mexico Beach boat ramp.

Don't forget to bring
- While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
