"From the moment we arrived Christine made us feel welcome. Ahe took our belongings to our Yurk and helped get us settled in. What a Gem this property is. Everything we needed, shower supplys for out door showers, cooking supplys for open fire cooking, we needed nothing but food and cloths. Christine provided all the rest. Beds so comfy. "We stayed at this property for three nights and had an excellent experience. The host had recreation items (including tubes for the river), outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas pizza oven, and plenty of spots to sit, relax, and enjoy the property all set up when we arrived. "Great location for visiting Cooperstown. Centrally located and in walking distance of the Baseball Hall of Fame and shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and well kept. Parking was very convenient off the street so you didn't have to worry about looking fo parking if you left the area. Would definitely stay again."
