Beautiful 3 Br/2 Bath House w/ Private Pool Heated! Close to beaches!

3-bedroom 2 bath house with private pool. Newly painted and all new furnished (2021)! 2023 UPDATE!! NEW SCREENS IN LANAI THAT KEEP OUT NO-SEEUMS BUGS. 3 large sliding glass doors opening to lanai with heated pool provide a fabulous open entertainment area. Great pool side living with an outdoor table for four under the covered lanai and 2 lounge chairs and a comfortable couch. 20 minutes away from two beaches (Manasota Key, and Boca Grande). Close to parks, downtown Englewood, Venice, markets and shopping. Close to family-friendly and sports activities (fishing, golf courses, dolphin trips, trails); bikes on site for visitor use. Quiet, peaceful and safe location; no through traffic. For stays longer than one month, discounts are possible. This particular vacation home does not provide a safety fence for the pool and is therefore not suitable for kids under the age of 10 years. For safety reasons we do not accept bookings for kids below 10. Also, summer months (May-Aug) the home thermostat cannot be set lower then 75 (this will reduce the potential for the AC unit running continuously and seizing up). Strict no smoking/pet policy.
Amenities:
High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi, 4 Flat screen TV’s, local HD channels but NO CABLE. No landline telephone, air-conditioning throughout the house, fully equipped kitchen, and refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Bed linen, towels for bath and pool/beach. Outdoor table with chairs under lanai, loungers and gas grill. Pool heat during winter months will be set to 80 degrees; higher heat settings will require $15 a day additional charge. Early check-in (if possible), will require an additional $50 charge. Charged amount and payment will need to be paid up front (day of).

Great Stay!

The house was exactly what we needed for a great family visit. It was a very relaxing location but close to many activities. We especially enjoyed the pool. Thanks to the owners for answering questions and providing such a nice home.

Girls weekend!

Perfect space for a girls’ weekend away! The house was beautiful and spacious for a group of us, and the pool/patio was perfect. Also so close to Boca Grande for a beach day!

Great rental house for families.

We had a very nice stay over the holidays. This is a great rental house for families. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area; we used the pool many times. The house had everything we needed, and there were no concerns with safety, though being mindful of pool safety. The house had no steps, which was helpful for our multi-generation crew. We did not need to contact the owner/manager during our stay, but he responded quickly when I had questions during the booking process.

Comfy and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable vacation for our family of five, including two teenagers and a college student. The kitchen was well-stocked for meal preparation, and the pool was perfect. The location was ideal, the house was very clean, and there were plenty of beaches within a 15-20 minute drive. The host was terrific! I highly recommend this home!

Great location, wonderful pool

The property was clean and came with plenty of linen. The owner Jason was quick to respond to any of our questions. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook some great meals. The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. My boys enjoyed bike riding in the neighborhood. The pool was perfect. The next door neighbors are very nice!! Everything we could want for a vacation rental and more. So glad we did this instead of hotels. All of the luxury of home away from home. Highly recommend!!

Family Vacation!

Pros: Cute, clean property located in a quiet community close to the beach, nice pool area with lots of room. Cons: The owners will not allow the AC to be set below 75 degrees and with the Florida heat that’s a little too warm for my liking, also I may be a bit picky here but there’s no tv in the master bedroom and the bathroom to the master bedroom doesn’t lock, they need more washcloths, and the cookware needs replacing.

Hitting the beaches

Very clean, comfortable, family friendly home. Exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was a hit. The host family responded quickly to any questions. Perfect Escape

Had a wonderful stay here. New house being constructed behind the house, and other house is close, but neither bothered us. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Comfortable well appointed house, lanai and pool are great. All basic supplies are available. We would stay here again. Short drive to Boca Grande beach, had a great day at Venice beach too. Might not be the right place for a group looking for a lot of activities close by, but perfect for a group looking to kick back and relax. We loved it. Thank you for sharing!

Wonderful getaway

We had a fabulous time. This house has all the amenities that you could want. Very Clean. Beds are comfortable. They have beach items for you to utilize which was awesome. Pool was very relaxing. Beautiful home

We just stayed at this property and had a great experience overall. The house was very clean, and the pool was exceptionally clean as well. The owners were responsive and quick to address any questions we had. The listing was accurate, and we enjoyed our stay.The only downside was the temperature setting, the owners ask that you keep it at 75, which felt too warm for us, especially since the master bedroom didn’t get as cool as the rest of the house.Overall, it was a nice stay, and we would recommend.

Comfortable house with pool. Great value!

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed for three nights while attending our niece’s wedding at the Boca Grande Club 15 minutes away. It was a great value option versus staying on island. The three bedroom, two bathroom house had everything we needed. (Originally our 21 year old son was supposed to join us so it would have been perfect). I found time once to swim in the wonderful screened pool. The house was very clean. The only drawback was the AC was set to 75 and we are used to 70-72 degrees so we didn’t sleep as well and in retrospect would have paid more to be able to adjust temperature down. (I wish we had contacted owner after first night) We didn’t find stores or restaurants close to the house but the house is convenient to beaches 15-20 minutes away. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again when visiting relatives.

This listing was accurate. Very clean and good communication with owner. Our family of five enjoyed the space, full kitchen, and garage full of ocean ready items. Unfortunately our trip got cut two days short because of Hurricane Helene, but we enjoyed the few days we did. It’s in a residential area and quiet. We had no issues or concerns.
