Camp Yorkshire is located in the beautiful town of Saugerties NY, just two hours from Manhattan. This completely private estate is located on 30 acres of land. It is perfect for those who want totally privacy and unparalleled relaxation from the stresses of everyday life. The home features a modern farmhouse décor with two bedrooms and two full baths with the option of sleeping more on the two full sized sofa beds. All linens and towels are provided for your stay. The downstairs is an open concept family area great for entertaining. Complete with a dining area with a large dining table with seating for eight, lounging zone with two large sofas, a 60” television with all the extras, and a newly refurbished kitchen. There are two decks; one for sunbathing complete with lounge chairs and another perfect for al fresco dining with a large expandable table and a new Charbroil grill. Out front there is a fire pit with generous seating on our Adirondack chairs great for enjoying time with your family or a glass of wine with a loved one. If you love to hike and explore the beautiful woods and see the nature of this area it is simply a few steps to our fabulous expansive woods. We are 13 minutes to Saugerties, 21 minutes to Woodstock, and 28 minutes to Hudson; each with numerus shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. If you are looking for a tranquil home with access to all the Catskill Region has to offer; look no further. Camp Yorkshire is the perfect destination.

Sheep festival
The house was well located for our trip to the Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool festival. Although very secluded everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away. Matthew responded quickly to the few questions we had. We would definitely return to this beautiful area.

We had a wonderful time at Camp Yorkshire. Our host, Matthew, was readily available for any questions and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed or wanted. The nature in the property itself was stunning and the setting was very tranquil and relaxing. The Perfect Weekend Getaway
Camp Yorkshire is a must-stay! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. The property is large and there’s plenty of space to relax and take in nature. Do not be surprised if you see a family of deer with your morning coffee. But the real draw is the hosts. Matthew is incredibly communicative and made the entire stay stress-free. The hosts take great care of their home and their guests and I will absolutely be back.

Weekend in the Catskills
We had a lovely stay over a long weekend. The place was easy to find and lived up to all the great reviews. It was the perfect place to just getaway. The property was centrally located to several Hudson valley towns which made day trips easy. Matthew checked in at the start and end of our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would definitely recommend a stay here, honestly we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful private forest getaway!
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Yorkshire Camp! The property is located in a beautiful private wooded landscape. We loved that it was was located so close to both Saugerties and Woodstock which both contained plenty of shops and restaurants to visit during our stay. The home itself is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable! Matthew communicated with us through out our stay and check-in was a breeze. We enjoyed spending our evenings around the firepit and gazing at the stars. We highly recommend Yorkshire Camp to anyone looking for a relaxing woodsy getaway to disconnect and recharge!

A Perfect Getaway
We had a wonderful experience at the Camp Yorkshire. Matthew, the property owner was extremely accommodating, helpful and answered all my questions prior to checking in.. and texted me to make sure everything went okay on the day of check-in. The place was very clean and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The 30+ acre was quite impressive and beautiful. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee out on the balcony enjoying the view and very fresh quality air!!! We'll be back for more!

Cozy Home in the Catskills
We had a terrific stay at Camp Yorkshire over New Year's! Although the weather was too warm for our original plan to ski, we found plenty to do both in and out of the home. Saugerties and Kingston both have charming downtowns with many options for dining and shopping. At the house, we took a walk in the woods, watched movies on many different streaming platforms, and had analog fun with board games. The two living room sofas were super comfy and were properly equipped with multiple soft blankets for the many hours we spent on them! We are hoping to stay here again when it's snowy enough to ski!

Seclusion and easy access
Great secluded home at the end of a long private driveway. Property was extremely clean and great property for exploring outside. 20 min ride to Woodstock which has great restaurants and shopping. Really nice escape from the city.

Another awesome experience!
This was our third time staying at this property. As usual it exceeded our expectations. Perfectly clean and as advertised. We were blessed with incredible weather for November! We took advantage of that with walks through the trails. We will definitely be back as long as the house is available. Excellent communication with Matthew again!

Lovely setting, especially in fall
We came to the area for the sheep and wool festival and enjoyed our stay. The trees surrounding the house are beautiful, the house was very clean and well supplied, and there's plenty of seating for a group to enjoy the common area. We had a great stay and would recommend to others!

Wonderful place in the woods
We loved everything about this place -- so well-furnished, well-located, well-thought-out. It felt as close t home as we could hope, and close enough to Saugerties to enjoy the charming downtown and the awe-inspiring Opus 40. Outside was wonderful as well, with a pollinator garden, lots of woods and birds, including a Barred Owl duet in the night.

The location was perfect to explore a variety of Hudson Valley towns, Saugerties, Hudson..... All wonderful towns to walk about and come back to this lovely house in the woods.
