This spacious cabin is designed to comfortably accommodate 12 people. Each of the five bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Sink into luxury plush beds, and let the peaceful surroundings lull you into a restful night's sleep.

For the gaming enthusiasts, the first game rooms offers a two-hole putt putt course, a Golden Tee Arcade, and a NBA Jam Arcade. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS:

GETTING THERE: The cabin is on a private property and is accessed via our long private driveway, from the main road, through the mountain forest. The driveway is one lane, but there are pull offs to allow vehicles to pass. The road is steep once you get near the cabin, but there are NO intimidating mountain drop offs on the driveway (common in the mountains). A large church van is not recommended, but it will make it up the driveway. No buses. There is another cabin on the property, so guests in the other cabin may be using the driveway as well.

PARKING: There are 2 parking spots past the smaller cabin on the left, designated for you. You can also park 2 more vehicles in the driveway, by the entrance, to the cabin. Please do not pull down towards the garage. Room for 4 vehicles.

ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival

INTERNET: Wifi is available throughout the cabin. You will be given the WiFi code the day before arrival.

CABLE: HULU LiveTV - Stream 65+ top live and on-demand TV channels including sports, news, and more.

TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin make sure to put it inside the cans in the bear-proof container and secure the container.

CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.


A starter pack of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are included (1 per bathroom). If you are staying for more than a couple days you will want to bring more.
Condiments, zip locks, coffee, etc are NOT provided. Please provide your own.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 18. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities and a $250 fine by the host. You will also be asked to leave.

Absolutely NO outdoor fires! The neighborhood does not authorize outdoor fires or fireworks. Unauthorized fires and fireworks (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.

Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries. Use of outdoor play equipment is at your own risk.
