Tennessee Family Vacation

Great place to stay, clean, spacious, lots to do at the cabin. The kids loved the game room, media room and firepit. Would definitely go back. Close to all the attractions!

Mansion in the mountains

We were a small family, so the a couple of bedrooms went unused. It was gigantic for us and we loved it! It’s a beautiful chalet with everything a family could use for a wonderful time.

Voted best cabin

Overall a great cabin. We stay every year in the mountains and our family voted Loge Peak cabin as the best luxury cabin we've stayed at. Layout is family friendly and it checked all of the boxes of what we want in a cabin. Thank you for providing excellent service in amenities, cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen, views and comfort.

Wedding weekend

The property exceeded my expectations. It was great for the little ones to play and get their energy out. We loved the fire pit area to sit by at night. Kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed. Definitely book again if we are back in the area.

This place is a dream. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Appliances are high end and the entertaining area is large. We loved the gas fire pit and hot tub. So convenient to tons of activity. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Family Gathering at Private Luxury Lodge on 9 Acres

Four siblings, our spouses, and one adult child gathered at this lodge for a summer vacation. We could not have been more pleased with our choice! This home was exceptionally clean with a well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, game room, and hot tub. The property is private with no nearby neighbors, allowing for a quiet, cozy environment. It is convenient to local attractions, which we also enjoyed. We would definitely choose this property again should we make another visit.

Another great time !!!

It was our second time staying at the cabin. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Everything was perfect ! Room for everyone, easy access to trails, rafting, treetop adventure park, Pigeon forge etc. Clean, well stocked, beautifully de decorated. Love that place! Awesome communication with the property management. We will come back!

The location and scenery was beautiful. The house accommodated our entire family.

Regarding the cleanliness, the table in the screened in porch was not cleaned from previous rental(s); it had residue from cake and sprinkles. There was a dirty washcloth in the upstairs middle bedroom bathroom shower. Only two pool cue sticks had tips and could be used, plus one stick was broken. The hot tub was not clean, the water appeared to be somewhat slimy.We noted that the dead bolt lock on the door leading from the house to the screened in porch did not work; it was stuck inside the door. The spring lock worked.We do not want to dwell on the above issues; just areas for improvement. Overall, we had a great time and the property easily met our needs. It is a beautiful house and has nice features. The new gas grill on the deck was a plus.

Loge Peak was the main attraction for fun family memories!

We had a great time at Loge Peak with family. There were activities that suited all ages. The lodge amenities were the main attraction for this trip. There was plenty to do with a hot tub, Jacuzzi tub, fire pit, playground, game room with arcade console, pool table, theater room, shuffleboard, and air hockey. There were plenty of seating areas to sit and chill, and a spacious kitchen to prepare meals. We didn’t feel the need to go out to eat. We enjoyed being close to shopping and other entertainment options. We played a round of Mermaid mini golf and visited a souvenir shop in the tourist area.

Beautiful Home

Gorgeous home and high end furnishings! The kitchen was stocked very well. The play area was a big hit for my grandson. It was a warm week but we did use the gas fireplace for s’mores, Nice to not have to bring wood. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but it was promptly fixed the same day. The game room was a huge hit for us all, we loved it!! My only suggestion would be new sheets for the beds. The corners would not stay put. The beds are a bit soft for my liking but I did sleep well. Thanks for a great week, we really Enjoyed this beautiful home!!

Relaxing getaway!

From the booking to the check out, everything went smoothly. The owner, Grant, was super helpful, and the communication with Shelby & Dustin, the property manager, was easy. The property is gorgeous (even better than the pictures!). We were 2 teenagers, and 4 adults and we had plenty of space! The decoration is tasteful, and we could tell that the owners paid attention to all the details. The location is awesome: easy access to the trails or Pigeon Forge. Eating in the screen room watching the sunset or relaxing in the hot tub after a hike are some of the best memories we’ve made. The atmosphere is so relaxing that you want to enjoy every single moment in the cabin! The best for me was to enjoy my morning meditation and yoga routine on the deck! We will definitely stay there if we plan another hike up north ! Merci ☺️

Family of 8, Fun for all ages

We are a large family with 6 children ages 10 months to 16 years and this was perfect for all age groups. The movie theater, game room, FIVE bathrooms were perfect for the older children. The swing set and screened in porch with giant bowling and connect 4 was great for the middles. The provided pack and play, high chair and baby gates was PERFECT for this momma and the baby! We love the exclusiveness of the home but also the convenience of how close it was to downtown. The kitchen was luxurious. Two dishwashers?!? Two washer & dryers?!? I was in heaven! The beds were so comfortable. And the decor was so clean and inviting. Kids asked if we could stay forever. 10/10 Thank you!

Friends get away

Check in was extremely easy. Home was exceptionally clean and had all supplies needed to make outmr stay comfortable. Bed downstairs needs new slats but besides that we were very happy with this rental

Family time with the new baby

We stayed in the cabin for an amazing week during peak fall time. The view from the cabin porch is amazing overlooking the nearby mountains. I was able to take my dogs for long walks through the wooded area of the property. There is adequate space for everybody and plenty of room to hide from everybody also. Nearby to the alpine coasters and mini-golf, food and activities were just always 15 minutes or less away.

Fantastic Mountain Home

This cabin/home and all the furnishings were way above our expectations. The property photos are excellent but you have to visit to see all the high end touches that make this home a great place for a mountain vacation. Our family was there to celebrate birthdays, Fall school break and introduce our littles to Dollywood. The proximity to the theme park and grocery stores was perfect. We will definitely go back because we didn't have nearly enough days to just hang at the house and enjoy the game room, theater room, hot tub and fire pit. The kids playground equipment was a wonderful added extra. We highly recommend renting this property and working with the Cloud9 Team. All questions were promptly answered and check in/out was very easy.

Felt right at home!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We felt comfortable the moment we entered the home. A few snags (TV and Oven) were addressed immediately, and we never felt like we were a bother. In fact, it was even expressed that they wanted us to have no worries and enjoy our stay...so we felt very important to them. The hot tub was wonderful as well! The driveway wasn't bad at all, we had no problems with it. There was plenty of parking and room to turn around. We enjoyed the game room and theatre room so much!! We even had a small family pool tournament. Lots of fun! Thank you again and we will look at Cloud 9 Cabins again for our next trip to The Smokies!

Amazing In All Ways

Everything was fantastic about this place. From early communication in booking to check in to cleanliness of the unit and most importantly the unit itself. This group cares so much about hospitality and comfort of their guests. Location is ideal or someplace it takes 30 minutes just to get off the mountain with hairpin turns this is a convenient location to pigeon Forge not too far from Gatlinburg. This house has everything and more. Had one little issue with a phone call the property manager could not have been more attentive, kind and considerate. Happened to meet the cleaning crew as we were checking out and they were on it in every way. I loved this place it has everything and more. There is a reason why they have so many 5 star reviews. Look no further, book it now before someone else does.
