"This property 310B, was just what my wife and I needed. The property was just as advertised with incredible views of the ocean and dolphins. We saw dolphins every time we sat on the balcony. The host was so awesome to work with and very responsive with some of my last minute requests. I would definitely recommend."
"We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable we had an amazing view, the water was hot and pressure was amazing, the floors could have used a good cleaning and I would strong suggest leaving the guests a broom considering we are right there on the beach and sand gets tracked in (i like to clean up after myself) Other than that everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If i were to ever return to Tybee. Lighthouse point would be the only place id consider staying."

This house also has a private pool,a few of our group don't care for the beach...so very nice .A few minor things we messaged to the owner and he was right on it. Very friendly owner. He was greatful for the info so it could be addressed. "

"Perfect for our family of 3. I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins. We saw so many dolphins and ships. We enjoyed the short walk to the private beach entrance, which made it easy for us to visit the beach everyday while we were there. I highly recommend staying here if, especially if you want something a bit more quiet than the south end of the island. "
"Condo was amazing. Awesome location. Right on the beach with two pools to choose from if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. I would suggest one thing. Leave more than one trash bag and maybe a couple of extra towels. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing. We will be back. "
"The condo was very clean and cute. The location was great. Nice beach area and pool. The condo seemed a bit small, but we were passing through on an almost two-week trip and had a lot of stuff. We made it work and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint would be the bed. While we slept well, the mattress seemed to sag and there was very little room between the bed and one wall. It was a short walk to Huckapoo’s, a very casual bar & restaurant full of very nice locals. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay at Roshan’s place. Roshan communicated all information clearly and in a timely manner. It was a very easy check-in and checkout process. We enjoyed our time on the calm beach and the pool was perfect. We ate in using the kitchen for the most part and everything needed was provided. We did eat out for dinner on the 4th of July and liked that there were great options close by. The unit itself was cute and clean, we loved the beachy vibe. I drank my coffee on the small balcony listening to the waves in the morning. All was lovely and we will be back for a longer stay next time!"

North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. The laundry room down the hall was also nice and the machines worked well. We would stay again in the future. "
