“The place was fine. Kitchen is very basic…only one fork that I could fine. Lol. It was fine for me because I was the only one staying and didn’t mind washing the fork. I also wish an hair dryer was provided. Otherwise, exactly as advertised. ”

“We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.
Overall, the room was nice and spacious, and the decor was lovely however, the television only faces too awkward dining room chairs versus being able to……
