“Room was quite a downgrade from what we stayed in last year. Bed looked like it was a mattress on a rollout. Very low to ground. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Very little coffee in room. Checked in with only three washcloths. Had to do laundry to get clean ones because they had a shortage. Otherwise a beautiful property and location.”

“Everything one might need in a studio efficiency apartment is made available!We slept well and ate breakfast in the room at a comfortable bistro table. Our days and evenings were full of activity but if needed, a lovely backyard with seating was offered.Although we packed our own, the host went above and beyond providing some groceries and bathroom essentials for guest use. “This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field.
