"Unit was in need of maintenance: Broken knob on shower diverter, loose towel bar, loose bath faucet spout, bath drain very slow. I would expect these issues to be checked after each checkout and repaired prior to next check in. Not sure of your process. These issues did not hinder our stay however they were a slight inconvenience. We had to leave a day early prior to checkout instructions so I hope all is well with checkout. Thank you."

"We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10"

"My family, which consisted of 6 adults, had a short weekend in Philadelphia. There was a small hiccup with entry of the house but was quickly resolved by Joel. The house was clean but it does not sleep 6 comfortably. The sofa bed in room 3 would fit small children. My son and his wife’s legs hung over the end of the short sofa bed. (I hope this gets resolved.) Parking is tight but overall, a nice weekend."
