"Awesome place to stay. It was my first time in an all inclusive and will definitely be back. The staff everywhere is super friendly. The concierge personnel are extreme helpful with booking your dinners and giving you all the info for the activities happening in the area. Extremely grateful for ours-Derek. Everyone will make sure we had everything we needed. All staff will acknowledge you as you pass by them. We were able to go to 4 different a la carte restaurants, all delicious. Our favorite one was La Cantina, we enjoyed the show they have. Also Casa Alma, next to the beach. The breeze you will feel there, so calming. The bars! WOW! The bartenders will have your next drink ready without you asking for them. Bartender Jorge at La Prana pool 100%. Delicious Drinks! A highly recommended place to go as a couple or as a family with kids since they also have a lot of activities for them and a pool playground. The spa. The hydrotherapy. Everything. Go for several days in order to be able to enjoy everything they have to offer. Don’t miss the shows, every night it’s a different one. "The A la Carte restaurant was great but the ability to go to them was not convenient. And the allowance should be adjusted to the number of days you stay. We went for a week and only had 3 allowance"

"It was a large and beautiful property. Everything is perfect about this resort. The seaweed is very bad right now. So the beach is not too enjoyable. The landscaping is very nice! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The food was just okay. It’s pretty much the same stuff everyday with no flavor. But that’s at all resorts. The only thing we had issues with is the staff. No one seemed to be happy doing their job. You ask for something and they make faces, they act like you are bothering them. And, it wasn’t just one or two. It was at every meal we went to. And, we are tippers for everything. But the way they would respond, and have attitude. Made us not want to tip. So that’s definitely something mgmt needs to work on. The employees. I asked for two clean towels. The woman smacked her teeth and basically threw them at me. But other than that. Everything was great!"

"a little smaller resort so it made it easier to get fom one spot to another. Could use another pool or try and make some bigger. a lot of small children in the swim up bar pool and the near by "party pool".buffet food was good but not a lot of variety."

"Really nice hotel, I liked all the options for the kids, kids water park, kids club, the churrasqueria and cafeteria. The views are amazing. Restaurants are okay, the workers they were all very friendly and helpful. This resort It’s a bit far from both airports so taxis will charge over $100 to take you there. As well as any taxis to playa del Carmen around $40. Also you will see animals like mapaches, iguanas and I even saw a snake. For someone like me that doesn’t like animals maybe is something to take into consideration. But overall good hotel. "

"Just returned from our 6 day trip. 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed in the family selection. The good… -Lots of dining food options. -Access to all the property’s. -Pool right outside our room. The kids loved this. -Transportation around the resort. -Beautiful and clean resort. -The butler service. You text them what you need and boom it’s delivered to the room and you tell them what dinner options you would like for your stay on the first day and they make the reservation for you. -Pools are beautiful and not over crowded. -Love the swim up bar. -Staff was very nice and very helpful. - The Market comes every Wednesday and Saturday some local vendors. - They have a kids club though we did not use this. -Family selection had free water, drinks, and candy bar for the kids with snacks. -Water is filtered and completely safe. - Rooms were very nice and clean. Now the not so great. - When you arrive they try to set you up on a one hour tour and offer you all the Incentives. They pitch it as a marketing. A simple no thank you a few times did not stop the sales pitch. I understand this is their jobs and I respect that but it was a little much. - Beach was not something you wanted to swim in. Nobody was ever in the water due to the seaweed. Not resorts fault. Just a bummer. - Drinks were really weak even when asked for A double. I would recommend this resort and stay there again. Just maybe a different time of year due to the beach issue. "
