The location is amazing....so close to everything we wanted to do in Edinburgh. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly, making sure each request was handled promptly. And the beds.....soooo very comfortable! One thing to note... as older travelers....some of the rooms require you to do up to 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. I have a bum knee at the moment and the desk staff was able to shift us to a different room, no problem! Breakfast each morning was delicious and the coffee machine in the lobby was a bonus! Another perk....we had an overnight flight and were able to schedule in advance and pay for an early check-in at 1:00 p.m. which was very helpful in getting through day 1!
