“The first night we got there the room that we got into had a broken air conditioner, and no refrigerator and I travel with a daughter who has special needs. With an autonomic dysfunction that’s triggered by severe heat, but we stuck it out through the night cause there was no other options however! The staff was exceptional. The place was a little rundown, they got us in a room and everything but every time we had an interaction with the staff, they were so beyond nice and professional and sweet……
