"This location was absolutely perfect. There were shops within one block of the hotel and restaurants 2 to 3 blocks away. The hotel has a terrace with romantic lighting that was perfect for a nightcap. Pack some patients if you plan to eat at the on-site restaurant. We didn't get a chance to partake because we had to leave after waiting 35 minutes for a simple breakfast order. We chose to dine elsewhere the next day, just to avoid the hassle of waiting again. "Nice historic building with beautiful spacious grounds. Charming, clean, great location, great coffee, easy check in. Be prepared to hear people walking upstairs if you in the first floor. Also, there is a hefty cleaning fee. "

"Check in was basic and front desk group wasn’t the friendliest group but the waitress at the restaurant served us exceptionally well. Didn’t get her name but she was a young Filipino woman. She was very friendly and served our order very swiftly. Also the housekeeper brought our towels in a moment’s notice as well. The property itself is a little aged and the bed is not very comfortable as it feels I can feel the springs hitting my stomach. "
