Everything: From the minute we set foot in the hotel, to the end of the night at the bar and the morning when we depart, this place has exceeded and quite honestly has set a new standard for my service in this industry. Easy 10/10. The staff have been nothing but friendly and professional, the food is absolutely wonderful, and the rooms are a great example of resort mixed with cozy and relaxing. Coming back as a regular, no question.

Property is very trendy. Lobby, restaurants and roof top bar was all very busy. Roof top was inaccessible until 7:30 pm because it was full. Unfortunately we had theatre tickets and weren’t able to visit it until 10:40 pm and it closed at 11. It was a fantastic outdoor space if you can visit it. The Blackout curtains were best I’ve seen in a hotel. The window seating was an unexpected surprise. Loved it! There were a few small things that needed attending to so only four stars, but we are definitely going to book here again.

The beds are super uncomfortable, the internet is terrible and the tv is old (not smart) and cable tv did not even work

Convenient downtown location. Rooms were pretty good. Not too dated and clean. Front desk was often missing staff, though when they came back, they were helpful and friendly.

Definitely worth the price. Staff was very nice and accommodating. It’s very classy and elegant in the inside. Our room was nice and clean. It was stocked with a lot of towels which we loved. We traveled 2 hours to stay a night for a concert and it was at nationwide arena and it was so perfect to walk to and from the concert. Definitely will stay again if the opportunity ever presents itself.
