“I really like the amenities on this property. We did find a random empty pop bottle left in the corner of our room from the previous group who had stayed in the hotel but everything else felt clean and great. So that was minor and we just threw it out. Love how there was a game room and pool area. It felt really relaxing in here. I loved that the room we had access to the hallway but outside to our car. “The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“We had a awesome time at Gray Eagle Resort and Casino! All the staff were so kind and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Every single food item we ate over the 2 days we stayed there were incredibly delicious and good, high-end and fresh! We went to the prime rib Buffet and the AAA Alberta beef was so tender and delicious the best we've had. The 1000 slot casino had live music in the bar which was a nice free bonus. I had the best "old fashioned" there with them burning the wood blok and……

“Great location just within 10 minutes drive from Calgary airport. They offer free shuttle service to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet selection looks good but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. ”
