“Clean and comfortable. Communucation was clear as well as instructions. 10 min easy level walk to LRT/train station to access different parts of Calgary. Excellent overall.”

“Good sized and clean room but corridors were dirty as food scraps were left overnight without anyone dealing with it or doing walkthroughs. Somewhat noisy for rooms positioned near on-floor facilities such as vending machines. A decent gym and pool.”

“The front desk staff were very friendly. However, the rest of my experience was quite disappointing. First of all, I had booked a river view room, but they assigned me an accessible room. I should have realized then that things were going downhill... I didn't mind the room type itself, but the bathroom setup actually made it quite inconvenient for me to use. Since I checked in late, I wanted to take a quick shower and go to sleep, but the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, with stray hairs……
