"Absolutely love the location and privacy. Close to Saranac lake and many trails. Mary was awesome with communication and taking care of any issues, which we appreciated. This is the second time we have stayed. Love the lake front which was great for us and the dogs."

"As an older hotel they do a good job of keeping it clean and pleasant. There was some minor construction in some areas of the hotel but we never heard it and it didn’t get in the way of our stay at all. They seem like a well oiled machine there and they take customers service seriously. Great stay! ..."
