“Upon arriving at the motel, I was informed that they do not accept online reservations. As a result, I had to use hotel.com to request a refund, which I have not yet received. Despite my efforts to contact the motel, they consistently advise me to speak with the manager, but there is no manager available. I had to pay upon arrival, and they were unwilling to issue a return.”

“The staff was wonderful. Mia at the front desk found my wallet in the lobby and tracked me down to get it back to me. I didn't even know I had lost it. She could have easily put it behind the desk and waited for someone to ask about it. She should definitely get a pat on the back. My room was very nice and clean. I really like the hygiene products you provide. After my last trip to Detroit I was pleased with a hotel that is clean, safe, and quiet. Thank you.”
