"Our entire experience was phenomenal. We checked in after a long day of driving and Jake was kind, open and so helpful. Our room was awesome, clean and modern and the beds were really comfortable. The best part was the pool! My 5 and 2 YO sons LOVED the pool- it was perfect for them and us and is open from 7 am until 11 pm, which as a parent having the pool open early is so great ! It was so quiet and comfortable, I didn't hear another guest after our door was closed. Paula was so wonderful when she helped us with breakfast and kind even when my kids were making a mess. Another employee, a gentleman cleaning, even helped us out when our kids needed help. Ashok was wonderful when we checked out and there are a LOT of food options around. I hadn't decided where we would be staying on our return trip but now I know- we won't be staying anywhere else in Madison. I cannot recomment this hotel enough. "
