“Absolutely Gorgeous Resort!!!! Staff was phenomenal! I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place!!! Incredible location & Easy drive to anywhere!!!! I will stay here AGAIN!!! “This home is amazing! The floor plan is unique and very accommodating for a large family. Lots of games are provided and the hot tub is huuuge! The outdoor fire pit is nice. There is just nothing more you could need or want from this house! The owners are on site and super nice! We absolutely will be back to Townsend to stay at this beautiful place!”

Had I been given a better description of the location, I wouldn’t have chosen this property, but if you like winding, steep, narrow roads this is for you. “We were in town for a tournament at Rocky Top Sports Complex. Our first year attending this tournament, we followed the link on the tournament website and ended up at a less-than-stellar place that was near ober, so we had to drive through Gatlinburg crawling traffic, etc and it was hard to estimate our transit time, BUT once we found this place, it's just down the street from the complex, with a grocery store in between, AND it's a great place to stay, we will stay here every year. “I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
