"We loved our stay at this lovely home in Santa Cruz. We were initially going to be a party of seven, but last minute cancellations brought us down to four. The home is as described, only better! Beautiful views out the back and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and coffee shop. The home had all the amenities we needed and was spotless. We all slept great in the comfortable beds. I highly recommend this VRBO!"

"Four nights with reuniting sisters from California and New Jersey (here for a wedding in Napa Valley). The house was perfect and as advertisied. One small issue with a toliet which the landlord resolved in an hour after a quick phone call. Would stay here again in a heart beat!"

"The boardwalk, wharf and the beach was walking distance. On site restaurant was very nice to have drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a long trail to walk along the property. "
