"Be prepared to not be able to check in until past 4 which is a pain when there are plans and the town closes at 5. And the staff doesn’t seem to care and it seems normal. Also the bathroom has a sewer smell which never goes away. I wish we had a better experience."

"3rd floor room with no elevator, towels that were ready for the ragbag, no decaf coffee! Some dishes not the cleanest. "Resort" shouldn't be in the name. On the other hand, the staff were all friendly and helpful."

"Pictures look good. But when we got there we were appalled. We were greeted with the biggest stench of chlorine. I myself got sick from the smell. Plus we had two babies with us. One who is for months old. No way I was letting her stay there. I guys mention the couch, which had sand, dirt, and dog ..."
