“It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day.”

“Entry was confusing. They had a lockbox and tap in not lit up. Had to call to get in. I run an airB&B. To difficult to figure out. Stove top complete mystery as how to turn on. U have to touch two spots to turn on. Should have instructions. Plus i never showered as shower handle winker and afraid would break it. Again instructions. Even maintenance man said it was “loose”. “I had planned a 'staycation' with my daughter & liked the location of this condo. The unit was dated. There was a stale odor upon arrival either from smoking or the carpet needed to be deep cleaned. The coffee pot 'please clean' light was on and the light over the stove in the microwave was burned out. The fireplace was nonfunctional. There was no heat in the bathrooms, and I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The most frustrating aspect was the faulty lock on the entrance……

“This apartment was adorable and in such a great location! Bed was super comfortable, shower was nice, and the views were great. I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend!”

“The condo was even more beautiful and accessible than I thought it would be by the pictures. While the owner of the properties (Grand Traverse Resort) no longer allows use of fireplaces, and that was a big reason I chose this spot, folks at True North were responsive in hearing my disappointment. Everything was very clean, spacious and relaxing. Great location. Easy to get to wineries, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely rent from this company and at this location again.”

“Location and neighborhood got a 1 star only because it listed the property off of Williamsburg road, about 12 miles east. Which also ties into the accuracy of listing. Which was the appeal. The location ended up working out just fine, but was a little disappointed. Cleanliness was overall great, but there was an ant problem. Through the house! Kitchen counters, bathrooms, bedrooms. They didn’t pose too much of an issues, but they were noticeable. ”

“Communication was good until I checked in. 15 minutes after I entered the condo another woman open the door and said she had rented it for the exact same time. I told her I was already unpacked. I communicated to the management team that there were no no pans, cutting board or knives in the condo to cook with. They did not call me or communicate. I took a ton of food to cook for three days and had absolutely nothing to cook.. This was not a camping trip I should not have had to bring supplies……
