"No one really takes the time to write reviews unless they are getting paid or genuinely had an awesome time. This hotel is by far top 5 experiences I've had if not number 1 even. Staff are awesome, knowledgeable about the city, and friendly. Room was sparkling clean. Definitely my go to when im visiting Chicago again. Thank you for the experience!"
