"First of all, we weren't given the room we had booked; when we arrived, we were told that the room with two beds—which I had reserved three weeks in advance—wasn't available. Afterward, when we went up to the room they offered us instead (with one bed and a sofa bed), we noticed a terrible smell of urine—it was absolutely disgusting."
