“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Front desk lady was rude when I arrived, the room wasn’t ready so I had to come back in an hour. When I came back the small lobby was packed and the 2 front desk employees took forever to check people in. The lobby isn’t welcoming and the building is older. The floor I was on smelled strongly of cleaner. The room itself was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again.”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……

“Room was not ready on time but, staff was very helpful to rectify. The wait at the valet to get our car was VERY VERY long. You should try to speed up that process.”

“The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!”

“Beautiful hotel. Had to circle the block a few times before there was an open space for valet, I don’t know where else there was parking nearby but valet was fine for me. We did room service for two meals and it was delivered fast and tasted really good. Both the bathroom door and the shower door were sliding doors and they didn’t stay shut, they would slowly slide back open about 6-8 inches. And I think his name was Jacob at the front desk - he was the first (and only one) to greet us and was……

“My bed was lumpy and not comfortable, the room was dusty, covering was missing on light fixtures, plugs didn't work. I requested a microwave for the room, and it was also dusty and dirty on the outside”
