Semi, Christina, Scott, Braun are just a few of the staff that I can remember that made our stay wonderful, and treated us like royalty while staying there. Their turn down service is top of the line, Thank you all for the great hospitality and making our stay there absolutely AMAZING!”

“Did not get the room we reserved. We reserved a suite with city view. Only stayed here for the kids to have the view. We got stuck on a low floor facing the back street. Hotel did nothing about it. Asked to speak with manager, never got a response.”

“Checked right in on a Monday morning, checked right out on a Thursday morning, no ice machine on the floor. Awesome location, restaurant and downstairs bar,average..price,above average.!!!”

“The location and property were awesome! 4 dudes in a one bathroom wasn't the greatest but made it work. We parked at the parking garage around the corner the entire time we were there, and walked around everywhere. Cincinnati has a tram and bus that come around frequently, you can get around easily. Loved the property, very generous and had everything. It does however have stairs and I would say not handicap accessible.”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……

“Room was not ready on time but, staff was very helpful to rectify. The wait at the valet to get our car was VERY VERY long. You should try to speed up that process.”

“Beautiful hotel. Had to circle the block a few times before there was an open space for valet, I don’t know where else there was parking nearby but valet was fine for me. We did room service for two meals and it was delivered fast and tasted really good. Both the bathroom door and the shower door were sliding doors and they didn’t stay shut, they would slowly slide back open about 6-8 inches. And I think his name was Jacob at the front desk - he was the first (and only one) to greet us and was……
