"This was a diamond in the rough! I was not expecting such an elegant, modern accomodation judging from nearby streets. However, the front door of the hotel says it all and the lobby really made a statement. We were so impressed with the restaurant all the way to the room! I will definitely be using this location again. One of the biggest bonus for me is, proximity to Laguardia and the fact that there is parking on ground (free of charge)."

"This is a safe, cost-friendly option for the Upper West Side. We took the Park and Ride from Secaucus to Penn Station and then the 1 train to 96th Street to come out near the entrance. Really easy. This is a no-frills kind of place. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Fixtures looked like they were straight out of the Ikea catalog. TV worked fine. We were not in NYC to spend much time at the hotel. Central Park is a hop, skip, and a jump away. Plenty of places to eat and grab a slice. We felt safe the whole time we were there. Parking is off site and getting the rate requires you to check in with the staff at the hotel first (we decided on the park and ride into the city, anyway, so it was a moot point for us). Advertised as 3:00 check-in, but we got there after about noon. Our room was not ready, but they did take our bags. We went out and grabbed lunch nearby, came back and we were in our room before 1:00. We wanted to see the Guggenheim and the Met and they were just opposite us on the other side of Central Park. Enjoyed the walk. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Very minimal hotel but very good pricing. Cost is in line with offering. The mattress was good, sheets clean and white, room clean, excellent water pressure and hot water. Served the needs for this particular trip. "

"The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and surprisingly quiet for being in East Midtown. The walls had some extra insulation and fabric to help mute the sounds outside. The staff was very helpful and even let us borrow some umbrellas for a rainy day. Special shout out to Simeon for being so welcoming during our stay!"

"Couldn’t have had a better stay. Great location, really nice space and an extremely kind + accommodating staff. I stayed in the Presidential Suite for my bachelorette party and they honestly undersell it in the pictures. It was the perfect size: big rooms (for NYC), tons of bathrooms, full living area… great space! So happy I booked here and thanks again to amazing staff!!"
