Very muddy and slippery to park car and get to unit. We have no experience in using central heating and there were no instructions on how to use it. Took over 15min to figure out how to lock the door - turn handle up - never had to lock a door that way in my life so again some instructions on that would have been very helpful! Towels, if you can call them that - like drying yourself with a blanket, awful.
