“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her, And she changed……

“Staff is non-existent. I did see some people cleaning rooms. Self check-in and self-check-out. I was told it would be by text, but all instructions came by email, so I missed the check-out instructions. I was long gone when I saw it. No coffee in the morning is major!!! Better instructions for Roku TV and for the A/C split unit would be nice. Parking was insufficient, so I parked on the lawn the first night. Our room only had sheer curtains on a first floor. Privacy or room darkening shades……

“This is a very quaint hotel in a fantastic location. It is easy to walk to everything in Lenox and even Tanglewood from the hotel. Just be aware it is an uphill walk back from Tanglewood. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. If looking for any opportunities to improve, only thing I can come up with is a small frig in the room. Great place!”
