The staff is fantastic and always very courteous & helpful. The breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate service is wonderful and everything is always kept clean and neat. Great options for breakfast and the rooms are clean and spacious. I will no longer stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. Pool/jacuzzi area is also a huge plus!! "

"It felt very unsafe. Someone was banging on my door and I asked the front desk for help and they were of no help at all. They even said they were "checking the cameras" and no one was there which leads me to believe they either lied or the cameras do not work. They told me to come to the front desk even though I said I felt unsafe even going to the door. Very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing. "
