“Excellent customer service”

“Staff was so nice and helpful. The property is dated and looks to be in the process of updating. Overall clean rooms. The breakfast was fine. But the parking lot is awful. Definitely have to be careful driving through.”

“The breakfast area was being renovated. We got a banana at checkout and a small packet of muffins. The desk said since we booked thru a 3rd party they couldn’t make a price adjustment for the advertised continental breakfast we did not get. Due to the renovations it looked like the fire exits were blocked off. Not sure if the doors were locked or not . The rooms had no shelves or drawers for belongings. There were hooks to hang things. The towel hooks in the bathroom were right over the toilet……

“Place was okay for a night. Wouldn’t stay longer than one or two nights. Parking was good. Building under maintenance or renovations but not indicated when booking which was upsetting. Okay for the price”

“Had a relaxing and great stay. Front deas was present and helpful. If the weather held out th would be perfect. Missed the dragrace.”
