“GREAT”

“My stay here was horrible! Bathroom tile was filthy, room smelled bad, When we got off the elevator there was large pieces of furniture stacked outside the elevator yet there was no signs stating “forgive our mess” our hall was party central yelling and hollering down the hallway through out the night. We called the front desk several times after 10 pm with no changes. Once we couldn’t take it anymore around midnight my niece yelled down the hallway to shut up did the noise die down. It was……

“The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back.”

“The worst… Booked via Expedia, input the wrong card information. Literally called hotel within 5 minutes of noticing my mistake, and asked could they update my card information. They told me, they couldn’t, and I had to call Expedia. Called Expedia, same song and dance. I told them to cancel the reservation at this point because that’s ridiculous I can’t edit a reservation within 10 minutes of booking it. I can understand days, not 10 minutes. Hotel charged me for a week, and I requested……

“Clean and quiet room other than the refrigerator compressor was a little loud. I’ll take this over slamming hotel doors which we did not hear at all so it was very quiet. Great place to stay!”

“Easy access and secure. Close to everything but there was broken beer bottles all.over the back parking lot that really needs to be cleaned up.”

“They were unable to locate my reservation because it was third party so I had to wait at the front desk at least 20 minutes just for them to pull my reservation. There was hair in the shower. You have to scan a qr code that has issues to pay for parking however there are almost no parking spots available. Checkout is at 11 and I was running about 5 minutes behind and was in the process of packing so that I could leave. Housekeeping started knocking and kept knocking until I got to the door……
