Shower gel provided on wall on shower was empty.. ok just used the hand soap from the sink, but if you’re going to offer it, it should be refilled. Vending machine on 3rd floor did not work. People answering the phone have TERRIBLE English! Sorry, if you answer the phone, you are representing the hotel, you need to speak English CLEARLY!! Accent was so heavy I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times to try and make sense as to what……

“I actually love this spot for the most part. However, the space is shared. And guess which some appear to be permanent residents. I noted this from faces from one stay to the next. It appears some guests weren't happy with things going on in general. Because I overheard teo parties talking openly about residents. Which is true people smoking is one thing.However loitering in front makes the establishment appear tacky and ghetto. It gives cheap prices nice amenities people can easily stay. I……

“Everything was good except we had booked a king bed and when We got there they put us in a queen double room. We went back down to show we booked a king and they were sold out. Was upset about that. So no 5 stars due to that”
