“Simonton Historical Inn was everything we expect of a Key West B & B. Beautiful lush landscape and gardens, historically significant buildings (think 1880's). The wood floor of our room had a noticeable slant to the left ( to be expected of a historical building and charming.). The staff could not have been friendlier and they were very helpful with every question answered. The room was quaint and clean, a bit of mold in the shower but we were there in August and the humidity of the sub-tropics……
“We loved the location of this property. it was close to Duval Street and the property was beautiful. our room gorgeous. The staff was friendly. We used their pool every day. It was very quiet and was located on a beautiful street. The only issues we had was that the door to the room stuck a bit and we had to try several times to get in. We also had a hard time with the gates to the community when walking back at night. We should have tried the key to see if it would open, It was our……
