“One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the excellent breakfast and food ratings. I’m sorry to say that the Breakfast buffet was terrible. Cut up fruit was not fresh and had a bad tangy taste to it. The berry compote didn’t even look fresh. I ate a fresh tangerine instead. Shedded cheese had white mold on it. I requested fresh cheese and it was much later replaced with more moldy cheese. We waited a long time for scrambled eggs that tasted like liquid flavorless out of a bag……

“The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast ”

“Property is undergoing renovation so the lobby was not open. Very badic breakfast offering. Clean and wuiet.”

“The place was filthy and run down. You could look around any room or space in the facility and find something cracked, broken, torn, or the like.”

“The elevator was not working during my 5 night stay. I asked for my room to be cleaned after my 3rd night and nobody showed up. I asked again and no one came to clean my room. All I wanted was clean towels and for them to empty trash. The power went out during my stay and was surprised you didn’t have a back up generator for security reasons…..it was pitch dark in the room and glad I found my phone to find my way around the room. It’s a really nice hotel and the lady at the front desk was very……

“Great..clean...inviting place. Awesome staff and breakfast as well! Parking was smooth too. Totally recommend it!”

“They didn’t have our 2 queen beds and we had to share a bed I told them I am handicap and needed a bath/shower and the could not do that I had to sit on a garbage can to shower and they closed there dining cause the person was sick. I got 2 tickets for parking which they did take care of … not good at all”
