“The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good”

“Great staff and services. The only issue is the hotel is dated. Getting rid of the carpet would be a great start. Also, I couldn’t log into Netflix. Plus, I would’ve appreciated some lotion, a shower cap & blow dryer in the room. The free breakfast, dinner & happy hour is a plus. On top of the staff was extremely nice. The location is good as well. Parking lot could use an update though. Overall, it wasn’t bad ”

“We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.”

“The area around the hotel was filthy and unsafe. There were what looked like druggies hanging in front of the hotel lobby.”

“The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and easy to talk to. The breakfast was fresh every morning and we were about a ten to fifteen minute walk from all festivities. Parking was a outside not a garage, but it was gated in with one way in and out. It felt very safe. I Can not complain ,rather park in the open at the hotel instead of the dark garages that people had to pay for. I really enjoyed my stay. Will be coming back. ”

“Rooms were recently remodeled or at least it seemed that way. Modern, Clean and comfy. Elevator and hallways were clean but not updated. Our conversations with the staff were great, knowledgeable about the area, very helpful. Had to skip breakfast to catch a plane, but the area looked very nice and the food looked fine. ”

“Too much activity happening with other guest cursing and threatening each other. Parking in the area is too congested and makes it possible for someones car to be damaged.”

“For an inexpensive hotel, this was pretty good. There were a few things that could have been better: there was only one trash can in the suite, the toilet paper holder was broken. On the positive side there was an ice maker in the refrigerator and the suite was two stories with ample sleeping options.”
