I waited for close to an hour before someone showed up at the front desk to help me, noone answered the phone number listed to call. There were people using drugs in the hallways and everything was under construction. Our room was a mess and looked like blood stains on the floor. Didn’t feel safe so my kids and I left. We did get a refund. None of this was related how the property was when doing the booking online.
