伊斯达巴 3 星级酒店,

“The food was amazing.”

“Everything was good”

“The staff that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful, however several did not speak much english. Room did not look like pictures, was a bit run down. All restaurants are outside where there are lots of birds trying to eat the food, and food options were a bit limited. The beach area is quite small, and during high tide there is no room to sit on the beach at all. I think this place is best suited for Spanish speaking families looking for a quiet trip, however if you do not speak……

“The hotel is for sure showing its age. The hotel staff are good and helpful, although our group had issues with the crowd at the rooftop bar being overly aggressive with a first time visitor. However the beach staff are some of the best in the business. Skip the hotel and use the beach!”

“Staff”

“This was my first time to Puerto Vallarta, and it was great! The room, the view, the staff, the atmosphere. I definitely recommend staying here.”

“服务态度差”

“Need more outlets in rooms. Bed was a bit hard but I slept ok. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Close to hot spots and beach but quiet neighborhood.”

“Beautiful view.”

“This hotel was great. 5 minute walk from the airport and 10 minute drive to bus station. Restaurant in hotel which was really good, and more restaurants right next door. Room was modern, really clean, and I had a very corner room which was very quiet. Room included a buffet breakfast which had a great selection.”

“Small hotel in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The room is basic. There's no safe, but you can use the one in the lobby. If you want a pool towel, you'll need to leave a cash deposit. It's a good hotel if you don't have mobility issues, as there's no elevator. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Paid for a large suite. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Musty smelling room. Tiny TV in bedroom but no TV in living room. No ice in the hotel. We had to go to another building to get ice. No coffee available anywhere in the building. Overpriced for what we got. We were there only one night so did not use the pool or facilities.”
