“Location to Grandfather Mountain was great. A/C was great. Kitchen does not have some basic utensils and is not fully supplied (as advertised) - fortunately there is a Food Lion nearby where we bought what should have been supplied. Sofa and chairs did not feel clean and we put a sheet over the sofa. Beds and bed linens were good and clean. But, great place to have a family get-together to attend the nearby Highland Games at Grandfather Mountain.”

However, due to limited airflow, lack of AC, and severe deck security issues, this unit wouldn't be our first or second choice for a return visit.Parking is limited, and our unit was on the back side of the building. The deck lacked privacy, had no deck chairs (though there was a small table), and served as a walkway for four other……
