“Occidental Caribe resort over all was very good, but our butler, Juan Carlos is who made our vacation EXELLENT. Juan greeted us at check-in and assured us that he would take care of all our needs, Juan was true to his word! We were a family of 14 in 6 rooms, and Juan remembered each of us and our room numbers. Juan also greeted us with voice message every morning, made our reservations in restaurants, stopped by to visit pool-side, and even personally dropped a friut plate the night befor……

“Very nice villa right on one of the prettiest parts of the beach. Low key and relaxing watching parasailing and little boats. The party crowd is a way up the beach so quieter area with a few close by restaurants. Nice spa and pool. Only complaint is that room safe did not work. ”

“This hotel has a very special charm. Although it is an older property, the facilities are well maintained, and its beautiful Spanish colonial style gives it a unique and welcoming character. Its location in the heart of Bávaro is excellent—the beach is just across the avenue, and there are souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, making everything very convenient.
