“This property is not on the beach, so there is no restaurant on the beach like the pictures. The pool area looked nice but the rest of the buildings are in poor decline. The room had a strong musty, moldy smell and most of the fixtures appear to not work. We walked around the town a bit and then had to move to another property further from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Internet war ausgefallen u. allen männlichen Angestellten war das egal und machten nichts. Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen……

“Todo estuvo super bien, el personal muy atento y amable, en esepcial la chica de recepcion, la que lleva mas tiempo, pero las nuevas e igual muy amables y serviciales para el tiempo que llevan. Al principio tuvimos problemas en la habitacion con un liqueo en el baño, pero rapido buscaron acomodarnos en otra habitacion mas espaciosa, mas linda y moderna y con balcon con vista a la piscina, en general todo super bien, lo unico que si buscas un hotel mas centrico y cerca de las playas locales esta……

“The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for convenience, but improving the water pressure and……

“Great place and location. Exactly how described. One thing I feel should be done is perhaps provide glade plug ins or some sort of air fresheners for the bathrooms. They smelled damped and musty and I’m pretty sure the sargasm outside may have contributed to the smell. Other than that, I would book here again.”
