“Room was clean and it had everything we needed to spend the night. However, the surrounding area was a bit too loud for our liking, especially at night. I recommend it because our flight got cancelled and the easiness of reserving and checking in last minute was incredible. Everyone was nice and the hotel served it's purpose. We also ordered food and it arrived warmed and it was delish. We also used the pool. Overall, good experience for the price. ”

“Wer einen schönen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte dieses Hotel nicht buchen. Es ist kein 5-Sterne-Hotel, eher 2–3 Sterne. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen wirken fragwürdig. Auffällig ist, dass nach kritischen Rezensionen oft sofort mehrere 5-Sterne-Bewertungen erscheinen, die fast nur die Animation loben. Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Überall sieht man Gebrauchsspuren. Am Pool gibt es viel zu wenige Liegen, die schon früh reserviert sind. Am Strand sind zwar mehr vorhanden, aber……

“Friendly people, clean rooms. They came in handy for one night we for stuck in Punta Cana. Location was perfect being close to the airport. The only thing that i didn’t like was that they did not provide face towels, just shower towels. However, I would stay there again.”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the……

“Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,……
