"Everything was perfect. Food, staff, view, and shows. They only thing we can say was not excellent was we wished the room was cooler. Temp said 68 it won't let you go down further, but it felt more like 74. Our fault we probably should have brought that to their attention."

"Beautiful resort amazing pool just do need to be more cautious on cleaning it we are a lot of travelers, also really need to have more staff around the area of the pools not just at the bars and restaurants. Buffets are very good, Asian & Steak House was very good as well, a little more introduction towards the facility would help as of training the staff, asked a few and did not know either LOL. Overall was a good stay could of been better but it was a good Vacation."

"This is a new place so we knew it would be hit or miss. We traveled with our 7 year old daughter. Pros: - Water slides were fun however the first day they opened super late. And when they were open, only a handful were in use at a time. But still a cool experience for our baby girl. - Splash pad was fun - All the bars were nice and stocked. They had a ton of staff walking around taking drink orders, even in the kid area. - Lazy river fun for all but they didn't have enough tubes. The “cave” in the middle of it was a fun spot to hang for kids and adults because it had a bar. - We had a room with a pool right outside our back door. That was extremely nice and convenient. My favorite part honestly. The servers came to us here too! - Staff were all nice. - New facility so everything was new and nice Cons: - We found at least 5 screws in our personal pool I guess due to construction. - The sofa bed didn’t come with linens. - Our shower overflowed twice in three days. - Mexican and Brazilian food were mediocre. Buffet was decent. - The check in process was long and the staff were clearly confused. We were supposed to get a room by 3pm but NO ONE got a room until well after that. - The TV dint work and they didn’t have anyone on staff to fix it for our entire stay. In all, I think this place will be stellar once it’s been open for a few months and figures out the kinks. But if you ask my 7 year old, it was amazing! I’d do it again next year."

"More Security in the Disco Room there was somebody smoking inside I told the security and he did nothing. The Phone did not work. And theirs a form to fill out for laundry use and I did not have it and I asked for it in front desk and never received it. Something simple other than that it was great."
