“Overall, I’d rate this resort as average. The property itself is huge with a beautiful stretch of beach, and despite the heavy sargassum during our stay, the staff worked hard every day to clean it up. Unfortunately, we only had one truly clear beach day, but that’s more of a seasonal issue than the resort’s fault. We paid extra for Premium Level and didn’t feel it was worth the additional cost.
