"I stayed one night in this hotel. The environment is really beautiful! I specifically booked a room with marina view with higher price. But it was a surprise I was told there was no such room left when I was checking in. They tried to give me an upgraded room without view. But after I told them I paid higher price for the view, the staff managed to arrange a room with view for me. I really appreciate it. It turned out I watched fireworks on my bed in the night. They charged me $35 for overnight...

"Everything was great. If you walk around to the left you hit a beach, if you walk to the right you hit a beach. Stay on resort you got your own private beach. So love that you can do everything right there. The fitness room was pretty small, that was my only con."

"Absolutely loved the decor. The architecture was stunning. Loved the New Orleans feel and could really appreciate the charm of an older hotel. "The stay was awesome. The was clean and near the Gaslamp District. The Valet person, Eric. Did a great job, as my Ford F 150 Lightning would not fit in the garage. We left it near the entrance. I would there again in the future."

"The hotel was in a great location, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was very clean. My only disappointment was that they don't provide complimentary coffee in the lobby like other hotels do. I'm sure this is due to the fact that there is a Starbucks cafe in the first floor, so that would take away from their business. They do provide a Keurig machine in the room, but we prefer brewed coffee."

"The room was comfy for the two of us. The bathroom was very clean. The room didn’t have any bad smells. The bed sheets were clean & the bed was comfortable. The only small complaint I would have is the ability of not being able to change the thermostat temperature since it’s apparently controlled by the lobby. The room was clean overall except the corners of the room were a bit dirty. Parking is also $35 per day if you’d like to park at there underground parking. If you have a big car or truck...
