“All around no complaints! ”

“Rooms were clean but bathroom needed some attention, cormers had dust and grime and the shower towel holder broke. ”

“The staff was amazing and the room was extremely clean. We were kinda bummed out at first because a big portion of the waterpark was closed due to a window being unstable. What was still open was awesome and the activities for the kids were also great. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The manager did offer us a chance to come back and check out the park again in the next few months and we took advantage of the opportunity and can’t wait to return! The atmosphere and……

“We travel a lot & will always look for a Sonesta from now on. I’ll be honest, we weren’t thinking ahead for Thanksgiving. We booked 2 rooms for 6 people. On our way in, the receptionist called & offered us an upgrade to a suite. So we we had a kitchen & were able to make a Thanksgiving dinner together. It was a great day off- we did our laundry & it was so comfy. Thank you so much for your kindness! ”

“The customer service is par excellent, you are always greeted with welcome, the room is nice and bed is super comfortable, I get the best sleep here :)”

“Want because of water park. We had kids 5&7, who had a great time. Life guard were very diligent. Rooms clean, Food in restaurants also good.”
