"Fantastic stay"
Four 24-27 year old girls stayed for 1 night and our room is gorgeous, the bathroom was absolutely massive and for the price we paid beat crappy budget hotels! Would definitely come back

"Across bridge from old Trafford "
We had a smooth check in, room was very out dated decor but comfortable and clean, very pleasant and quiet! The price was good for the location and being on match day but breakfast was pricey but selection was minimal and was breakfast buffet, very greasy and not worth the money, they gave me a bout one get one free as my son is only 11 but still at a cost of £15.95 but wasn't worth it No facilities to store bags until heading to airport was told to leave them in car park but they couldn't guarantee they'd be secure which I thought was odd.. pleasant and convieneint but pricey for what we got, would stay again though due to location

"Nice hotel close to Victoria Station and centre"
We stayed here for two nights 16 - 18 February for my birthday. When we arrived at 1630 we were quickly attended and checked in without any hassle and the chap on the reception was polite. Our room was 513 and upon arrival at the the door it was a superior room and upon entering the room the hotel had given us a nice couple of sweet treats with a birthday message and a couple of vouchers for drink in the bar. I must say it was really nice of the Hotel to do this and went a long way. The room was spacious and clean and the bed really comfy and there was also a big samsung TV with inputs to plug in your devices. There was also a safe in the room which accommodated a 15.6 inch Acer laptop no probs. There was the usual soap/ amenities and plentyful (Dove). The breakfast was a buffet with a selection of usual sausage, bacon, eggs as well as a good selection of cereals, fruit and pastries and being checked and restocked frequently. We had dinner in the Hotel on one night and it was fab - Spring rolls to start, nice medium steak and dessert. It was all served hot and very tasty.

"Great location, spacious apartment "
Decent enough place. We had a deluxe apartment with bags of space. Just seems a bit dated - a rip in the carpet, veneer peeling off the table, curtain hanging down due to a missing tab. Little things in themselves and not so obvious in a large space, but it gives an air of neglect. The coffee table was sticky too which wasn't nice. Gym facilities were good and the reception area very nice. The central space the apartments surround is an awesome feature. All in all a good place - just needs some tlc.

"Nice hotel however cold"
The room was nice and spacious, was very clean and the bathroom a decent size for a hotel. However the temperature of the room was very cold and although it had a thermostat the temperature never warmed! This would put me off staying there again as it was hard to get to sleep due to the temperature.

Lovely large room, comfortable bed and spacious chill out area. Bar area very nice and lively. Breakfast good and good service. Overall very comfortable hotel and would recommend. Disappointed with spa service. Tried to pre- book a month before but despite several answer phone messsges no one returned the call.
