“Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”

“This was a bait and switch by the property owner or manager. They never called to give us the information to get into the place so I had to reach out to them right before hand. They answered the phone as if they didn’t know why I was calling or that it was a business at all Then they switched the property that we were supposed to have to a different place that looked nothing like the pictures from the first place of course and the house given to stay in was a very old house that was attempted be……

“The check-in process is inconvenient, parking is difficult, and the overall cleanliness is below average. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. ”

“They never sent us check in information so we could not check in. Upon arrival, the exterior and interior lobby were filthy filled with over 500 cigarettes butts. Trash littered everywhere. I tried to contact them multiple times and never have received any answers. The phone number given was out of order. We will need a full refund. The place is not what was advertised. ”
