“With the provision of a very good kitchen inside the apartment, unfortunately no dining table and chairs were provided. So my family members and I had to stand during eating. Such situation is considered very undesirable.”

“First class as always, this is our fourth visit and we are already planning our next one.
From a seamless check in with an amazingly warm welcome from Nicola and Cheryl who remembered us from previous visits. The room was excellent and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job throughout our stay, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the Pin bar and once again the food was lovely and all people we came across were helpful and polite.
We had a visit to the Spa, where the beautiful Lilly……

“Great location. Nice hotel. Most of the public spaces were great. Loos were a bit of a mess. Also staff at breakfast were not be helpful when coffee ran out of Milan’s coffee And the chef can’t pouch an egg.
Food on Saturday night was great. Staff patient.”
