“We had an amazing stay from check in, all thru the stay all the way up to the morning we left. Upon leaving I approached the front desk to check out, the girl behind the counter rudely said “ drop your keys there” I said we dint need to check out and she look at me and repeated louder “ you put your keys there” so we did and went to the car. “The room seemed very clean and the A/c worked GREAT! However No way the bed was king size, My feet almost hung off the end and My king bed at home is much longer and wider. The bed also felt wore out both bed and pillows were unconfutable. TV remote in the bedroom only worked if you pressed buttons extremely hard. The bathroom was very tiny. I had to startle the toilet to open and close the door. We paid extra for food and drink credits which we did not receive then in the end my card was……

“Very shabby. Staff unhelpful. TV Didn’t work properly and staff was uninterested. Light bulbs burnt out, lampshades with holes, plugs that didn’t work. I thought Radisson was a good hotel. I will definitely avoid stays with them in the future.”
