“We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect; it’s an easy walk to Tokyo Tower after dinner, and the night view is stunning. A special thanks to the concierge for helping us book a very popular restaurant—it truly made our evening. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of Western-style options, which we really enjoyed. As a historic hotel, the service remains professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again”

“房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。”

“Room is good so as the services. Location is pretty good as well (yet just a reminder that there will be a uphill slope from the JR station to the hotel, so better go there by Cab if you are visiting w a lot of baggage.)”

“Very good location, right above the Oedo Line, 20min taxi ride from Haneda Airport. Hotel staffs are professional and helpful, will stay again for my next Tokyo trip! ”
